The hotel is situated on a hilltop on the Santiago Peninsula, offering exceptional views in all directions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any needs. The hotel also has a beautiful pool area with lush greenery, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The location on top of a hill provides a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It would be more convenient if the hotel had its own restaurant and bar on site.

Our family had an unforgettable vacation at this hilltop hotel. The location provides stunning views of both the ocean and mountains, especially during sunsets. The spacious rooms were clean and comforting, making us feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for activities and dining options. We enjoyed riding the budget-friendly buses, immersing ourselves in the local culture. We can't wait to plan our next trip to this amazing hotel!
We felt uncomfortable with the open request for tips, as it was the first time we had encountered such a practice at a hotel.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or provide recommendations. The location of the hotel was great, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the pool area was well-maintained and provided a lovely space to relax.
One downside was that there was no wifi available in the rooms, and you had to go to the pool area to access it. Another drawback was the location of the hotel, as it was high up and a bit far from restaurants, beaches, and other attractions.
